Welcome to Raise Cambodia

Cambodia is a nation with a broken past. The Vietnam war, the civil war and the Khmer Rouge regime during the 1970’s has left the country in tatters. Nearly two million Cambodians lost their lives during that time . Thousands more have been killed or maimed by land mines since then.

Urgent Appeal

Bags of Rice

for those fleeing the fighting on the Thai/Cambodian border

This Christmas, we’re making an appeal to help provide rice for families affected by the intensifying conflict between Thailand and Cambodia. We will be purchasing bags of rice to help families fleeing from the conflict. Due to the fighting, they’ve had to leave behind their homes and their livelihoods and we can help ease their burden slightly through our giving. A large bag of rice costs $50 and feeds a family of 4 for approximately 4 weeks.
